Doctor of physical therapy and long time Yoga teacher
I’ve spent the last 15 years of my life studying natural health and wellness.
My passion was ignited when in 2004, yoga cured my OCD and long-standing eating disorder.
Up until that point I had seen all the best Western doctors. All the best therapist I’ve been on all the best medications, nothing helped.
“We’re doing it wrong quote
Since then I’ve been on nothing less than a quest to find how to do it right. It is taken me from yoga to time massage to neurolinguistic programming to hip no sis, finally to pursuing my doctorate in physical therapy. And now, after all this time, I finally understand.
My wish is for my patients to leave me with an understanding of how to take care of themselves in the future. I don’t want to create a dependent relationship.
I firmly believe that we all have the power to heal from within, we just don’t know how. That’s where I come in
I want to show you how.
To tell you a little about myself, I’m originally from Texas.
I like many young girls, developed an eating disorder with which I stuffed for over a decade.
My “clinical”diagnosis was OCD with Bulimic tendencies.
For the next ten years I saw was in and out of Therapy, on and off of meds, and struggled to make it through school.
Finally I got off the meds, moved to New York to be a famous actress.
