On your marks...

 “Today I’m going to start acting differently!” At least, that’s what we tell ourselves when we want to change- like, for instance, if we want to get in shape.


We understand that to get a different result we will have to change our behavior.

And we usually know exactly what that change in behavior should be: eat kale, go to the gym... So why the hell can’t we DO IT?


If we know what we should do, why don’t we do it?

Because changing the way you act is super hard to do unless you change the way you think too.


Let’s say, for example, you want to go to the gym more and get in shape.


But you hate the gym.

And you hate everything you do at the gym.

And you hate everyone who goes to the gym.

You’re telling everyone you know that you’re going to the gym more, but also that you hate it.

You say things like “I have to go to the gym”

Or

“I should have gone to the gym”. Realistically, how long do you think you’ll keep going to the gym?? Not long.

And it’s not because you lack WILLPOWER.

(Though that’s what you’ll say to beat yourself up)

It’s because you are fighting ENERGY- and that’s a fight you’ll never win... Our actions reflect our thoughts.

They are of the same energy, the same tone.

It’s Law of Attraction, the frequency of your action wants match the frequency of your thoughts.

Trying to act in a way that’s contradictory to your thoughts is really hard.

That’s the resistance you feel when you do something you don’t want to do.

And that’s why changing behavior never lasts for long.

The BEST way to change is by shifting the thoughts that inspire the action.

Because it’s a lot easier (and more fun) to go to the gym when you WANT to.

So how do want to do something you don’t want to do?


Well first stop talking about how much you hate it, and then start talking about what you like about it.  It can be anything - the cute towel boy!

It’s all about shifting your energy so you want to go- then you’ll go!

And if you really can’t find anything to be positive about, then the gym is not for you.

Who cares? There’s a world full of fun physical stuff to do! Have fun!
