Whenever possible I practice my yoga outside.

No mat.

Just a sarong on the ground so I get the added benefit of “grounding” to the Earth’s vibration... Oh yeah, Earth Grounding is a real thing, y’all!

And if you’re feeling stressed, anxious, sad or depressed, it can really help!

Another word for “grounding” is “calibration”. You are calibrating to Earth’s vibration.

It’s physics.

The Earth has a strong Energetic field with a specific frequency.

When you spend more than 45 minutes in contact with the ground - no shoes, no mat, no plastic - your energy vibration will start to synch up to Earth’s frequency.

We as humans are healthiest and happiest when we are energetically in harmony with Nature.

If you are ever feeling out of wack, spending time in contact with the Earth will definitely help!

It may take a couple days, but soon your energy WILL shift and you’ll feel more calm, clear, and connected to what’s real.
