“Home exercise program”
Ugh, even the words sound tedious and boring.
It sounds like something we make ourselves do for a little while, before (happily) letting it fade out of our routine... But it doesn’t have to be like that!
We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to “exercise”, but really just spending 10 minutes moving around is FANTASTIC!
Sometimes I just roll around on the floor and stretch in ways that feel good.
It doesn’t have to be a yoga sequence or exercise routine.
But moving your body in the morning can make a BIG difference in your mood, your muscles, joints, digestion, immune system, blood pressure,... you get the idea.
It’s really good for you.
Just relax, roll around, and have fun with it!
