In my last post I talked about the vibration of good timing.
FEELING it’s the right time to act vs. DECIDING it’s the right time often means the difference between success and struggle.
Between it working out or not.
How do you feeeeeeeeel a moment?
First, you have to tune yourself to vibration.
And the best way to do that is with a daily meditation practice.... Meditation quiets the mental chatter.
Most of us have about 4 or 5 topics we obsess about on a day to day basis.
The stories / problems / injustices of the day swirl around and around in our heads almost constantly.
All that chatter has a strong vibration of its own (usually negative).
As long as all that is going on in your brain, you can not connect to the energy around you.
BUT, if you sit still and redirect your thoughts to something neutral - like your breath or a soft sound - in just 15 minutes you will start to tune to Universal vibration.
And soon, more often than not, you will be sensitive to even the slightest shift in frequency - like when the moment becomes right.
Because the practice of meditation IS the practice of connecting to vibration.
